In this article, the author explains the weaknesses arising during investigations of alleged conspiracy pursuant to Indonesian competition and capital market laws. The KPPU (and the Bapepam) should be given the power to search premises and the power to seize any confidential document during investigations, in order to be successful in their gathering evidence in relation to conspiracy.
